Last year was unusually quiet for me. I didn’t write much or share updates publicly, but behind the scenes, a lot shifted. I stepped into a new role as Project Manager, and combined with my past experience managing programs, finance, and reporting, it pushed me to confront a familiar problem many of us know too well.

A few days before a donor report or audit,everyone scrambles...

Old emails. Multiple spreadsheets. WhatsApp photos. Missing receipts. Attendance lists scattered across drives. Months of real work get compressed into a report that never quite tells the full story. It’s frustrating, stressful, and often leaves teams feeling like they’re constantly behind.

Out of that frustration, I’ve been building Field2Donor.

​Field2Donor is a project management and reporting tool designed for non profits to make this simpler and more aligned with how work actually happens in the field.

In practice, it helps teams:
